I don't get this ruling. why isn't woman lip throwing a hissing fit?!? yes, woman's lip. that wasn't a typo. isn't this just the courts saying a woman's place is to be bare foot and pregnant? that woman are just meant to be mommies? that its not a man's place to take care of children? i was lucky. my ex didn't want to be saddled with raising our daughter and i got full custody. yup. i get a phone call on mother's day, "happy father's day" and i get the same call on father's day. when i talked to the lawyers (pre-divorce), not a one, talked about me getting custody, but cutting my loses.
