This girl has been being nasty about me online for about a year, sometimes I reply and sometimes I don't. It's got to the stage I check her profile every hour because she writes so much. Is it normal?

    Don't get involved and stop looking. It's a trap, really.

    Go outside and interact with people face to face so you can see how insignificant this one person is.

    I've been in the same boat, actually. It's so frustrating, I know. But I removed her from my social feeds. You should do the same. Ever since, I haven't even looked at her profile! You just need to tell yourself someone like that isn't worth your time, and walk away from it. Easier said than done. I had struggled with leaving it completely quite a few times-however, this time I've walked away and walked away for good! You don't need poisonous people like that in your life! :)
