Thing is the majority of people don't want republicans in power just like the majority of people don't want democrats.
Your not wrong trump is getting in 2020 anybody could see that and it's only going to make the dems more radical at some point they will get back in and it will create more problems because the republicans will get more radical.
It will go back and forth until the everyone is so enraged that it breaks the country.
I don't want that but sadly many people are ok with the chaos.
Honestly the Democrats and most of the politicians in thier office sat on thier asses and did nothing while people were homeless and unemployed. Why the hell should we give a fuck how they feel on this matter. They are worthless asshats.
Republicans dont have to be more radical that's the beauty of a two party system. If the left leans more far left they lose their chunk of moderates and independents for them to be absorbed by the far more moderate Republican party. Republicans are literally saying the same things we have always been saying for the last 20 years! The left wanted a wall 10 years ago but only now its described as a far right topic.
Whata the conservitive agenda perhaps I'm too close to notice but it seems like we've been pretty consistent on what we want. The left wanted a wall when obama was in. The left also hated gay marriage the same time the right was hating on it. Its unclear what is the right agenda these days because it seems that a it is is keeping society stable so it can change over time not by legislation.

Also source on the left hating gays lay I checked it was conservatives who won't shut the hell up about traditional marriage(if your a citizen you have the right to get married so consertives just need to give it a rest)? And no commies don't count because most left leaning Americans aren't communists if you think that then all right wingers are nazis by your logic.
There is a conservative agenda polticans every single one of them has an agenda.
Conservatives like liberals are very open with what they want and that is conservative values.
I'm not just talking about immigration as I said in a post that I'm for strict immigration so please stop bring up things related to it hell im more stricter then trump or any other president I don't want mass immigration from anywhere that even includes other first world nations if those nations are so nice they can stay there.
What I'm referring to is the conservative narratives I watch many conservative outlets and they all make their point clear.
They want things to be more conservative they are literally like the liberals who want to make things more liberal.
That's why I have issues with both of them conservatives hate anything that is left leaning and liberals hate most good things right leaning(like gun rights that I'm 100% for and strict immigration and certain economic reforms).
I'll say that for the most part conservative economics are ok but socially they suck.
Liberals are ok socially but they suck at economics.
Both are hellbent on dominating the narrative and they don't care how much damage they are causing.
It's just two partys ranting on eachother. Theres no blood in the streets besides the extremes on both sides. Antifa is shown to be throwing bricks through windows and the proud boys have been shown curbstomping those dressed in antifa attire.
Everyone knows what the extreme right looks like but it's hard for the liberals to draw a line for thier own party. That's why Republicans are winning the PR race.

That's not a good thing because it just makes the republicans big headed wanting to push their conservative agenda and becoming more radical.
Your not wrong about the democrats but the republicans suffer from the same problem and it will get worse.
I can see any beauty in a system that creates chaos.
As I said in a earlier post I see that liberals and conservatives have things that I can get behind.
But the democrats and republicans only want one way their way which alienates parts of the country.
Republicans don't give a crap about those who don't hold conservative values and democrats don't care about those who aren't liberal.
That fact that this nation allowed this mindset to last so long says a lot it's become a sickness that people are ok with.
