I don't think they're going to make it so places have to change their bathrooms. What they're trying to do is make it so you can't kick someone out of a bathroom based on what you think they look like. Male female or in between. I could be wrong tho but that's how I understood it as.
The places that do change or add bathrooms have been doing that of their own accord. Besides most big chains won't have a problem with stuff like this. The little businesses, honestly it doesn't matter they just can't kick someone out of a bathroom unless they are being inappropriate or causing actual problems. There are other ways of catching someone at being suspicious aside from looking at the clothes they wear and being confused by their gender expression ._.
I think it will eventually come to legislation and thats where the real problems for business will come from. I honestly don't know how all this can be resolved without alot of problems resulting. Its like a slow motion train wreck.
