Wow, you didn't take this to an extreme at all. If your daughter is uncomfortable it's because you placed your own messed up bias onto her. You also didn't address the fact that there are stalls! So you wouldn't know if a penis is present or not. Plus there are gender neutral bathrooms everywhere, including *gasp* schools. Any time you see a bathroom that allows men or women, usually a single room locking bathroom that is gender neutral. So get off your high horse and stop watching other people go to the bathroom and you will be just fine.
