We all have our own feelings about the trans issue, but the sports/scholarship issue is one reason I believe the person needs to be an adult to start the process.
However, the way our world is going I would be in full support of elimination of any place or rule that ask or specifies gender, race, or any other discriminating factor. I'm really sick of hearing the same people especially media bitch about race or gender neutral BS, but then go off all bananas with they're the first female, black, asian, or other to do something. If majority of people want everything neutral then it's neutral not selective. You don't get only the good parts or special treatment because I'm green, fat, old, what ever factor may apply. Take it off applications, surveys, resumes, news cast, and even mask names if it going to make a difference.
