Could you link me to the source where you got that from? I find it difficult to believe it, what the moment ya turn transgender does that mean you'll automatically get HIV out of nowhere?
I'm transgender myself, but I am incredibly repulsed at sex or any activities involving it. I have many transgender friends as well, and many of them have never had sex/are grossed out by it.

That sounds confusing
Are you pre or post op? Regardless, if you don't engage in sex its pretty difficult to contract a sexually transmitted disease.
