Trans people?

So recently I've been seeing people arguing about whether you wouldn't date a transgender person is transphobic or just a preference. I feel that not wanting to date a transwoman, for example, is the same thing as saying you wouldn't date a man, because yes a transwoman is free to live and identify as a woman, but in the end they have a dick and if you don't like dick you don't need to date someone with a dick. So to me, I feel that not dating a trans person is just a preference, and not anything hateful, like the term "transphobic" implies. Opinions?

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

That's not transphobic! While totally opposed to trans people being discriminated against, I am sick & tired of anyone who dares to even ask questions about trans being labelled "transphobic."

For example, apparently it's regarded as "transphobic" to question the wisdom of giving children hormones to delay puberty or the future health issues of people taking sex hormones at far larger doses than they were born with.

I could go on, but I've probably written enough to be labelled transphobic already.

dude raking at higher dosage is insanely dangerous. Just look at e used for bread growth. They almost always turn cancerous if taking in excess. That shit is to be taken seriously

It took me a while to work out what bread had to do with sex hormones! Does ecstasy increase beard growth? I've never heard of that.

I don't see how anyone knows adverse effects high dosages of sex hormones could have longterm, which is why I object to them being given to minors.

It also bothers me VERY much that children (often quite small ones) are labelled as "transgender" if they don't fit stereotyped sex roles. Who cares?

I'm very much in touch with my masculine side, but I would never identify as transgender, because I'm a straight, physically feminine woman in my appearance, and I'm reasonably with my body.

It's so sad. It's very obviously child abuse and it's absurd that you aren't allowed to question it. Consenting adults can have whatever medications and surgeries they like but it should be illegal to do this to children.

Yeah, not sucking the "woman dick" isn't transphobic. It's just called being straight.

It's a preference. Saying it's "transphobic" would be like saying gay men are misogynistic...lol

Genitals don’t matter to some people but they matter to others. Not wanting to date someone because of their gentalia isn’t “transphobic” as people can’t help what they find attractive, at the same time they shouldn’t be needlessly rude about it eg. deliberate misgendering or using slurs.

haha right. When I first started seeing my guy he had never even considered a trans woman before. He asked questions mainly pertaining to genitalia and you could see him visibly relax when he found out I had no interest in taking his butt.

Genitals matter for attraction they just do. Some its a deal breaker others its a give and take

Its definitely not transphobic. I perfer a female that was born with all of her parts and identifies as a female. As I'm a straight male that has all of the parts that make me male. So a guy who wants to find a girl is about as normal as normal is.

I have beef with trans people who go on tinder and fling themselves on the female section. That's not ok, find your own tinder or have tinder make a seperate option but no average tinder male user that constantly swipes right wants to see a tranny caught in that giant ass net we have to cast.

Am a trans woman am am gonna clear this up.
    1) it's not transphobic if you don't want to date a trans person, if it's personality based.

    2) a trans person may not have the genitalia you think they have. They maybe still waiting for surgery to change what they have to match gender identity.
So if you are into women, and you are dating a trans woman, but you are worried about her having a penis. The best thing you can do is just wait until after her surgery before sex.

    Remember, respect! :) I as a trans woman, I am a woman.
Am not a man is women's clothes.

These knuckle-fucker males on here are more likely to want us than we are to want them.

These guys would be lucky to date a woman who had so much as a pulse, let alone whatever is going on downstairs.

Furthermore, men who do date TG women always seem to want to suck a dick. They be shaking in their boots at the very idea of his TG lover having SRS.

Hahahaha! I assume you are referring to people like doesnormalmatter? Haven't seen that mofo on here in quite some time... He was probably the biggest trans chaser on here. Or any chaser... Dude would probably hump a table.

Also what is SRS? I doubt it's the same SRS abbreviation I'm thinking of. SRS is what Mercedes call their airbags.

SRS - sex reassignment surgery. Of course the PC crowd keeps changing the name of it but anyways.

SRS on a car - safety restraint system, as you know.

I do not know what happened to DNM, based on some of his posts, he may have possibly ended up in jail. He said he had some personal training job going but with covid, that would have been put on hold.
You might remember some of his "legal" concerns about his encounters.

I imagine he had a thing for trans. Men typically try to be real private about wanting to date us.

Holy crap people are stupid. There is no shortage of men wanting to date trans women. We are not out there begging for dates or sex.

Men once again have this misconception that they have a lot of choice in the dating scene.

look gents, a man is more likely to want to date a TG than a TG is to want to date your naive, insecure ass.

It is kind of like trying to date any other woman. You might THINK you are the one doing the picking and choosing when you claim you would not date an older or heavier or TG woman but no, she doesn't want you any more than you want her.

So don't worry, ain't no TG woman (or any type of woman) going to approach you.

        • As I said in my post, people were discussing if it's hateful to not want to date someone who is trans. I used transwomen as an example because that was the main topic of their discussion, hence the "for example"

No it isn't homophobic to not want to date trans women.

not all trans peoples bodies are the same,,,, people go on hormones and get surgeries sometimes,, you can have genitalia preference but you shouldn't say you wont date a trans person,,, this is coming from a trans man who just started hormones today.

Firstly if you think all trans women have a dick you’re clearly very ignorant. Have you not heard the term post op? Second no one is forcing you to have sex with trans women so get over it. Third, you have no idea how many “straight” men go on Grindr looking for a trans woman to fuck them up the arse so you may not like them but plenty do. Fourth, gender has nothing to do with the fleshy bit between your legs. Biological sex yes, gender no. People who cannot see beyond another persons genitals are pretty sad un-evolved individuals.
And lastly during early development the gonads of the fetus remain undifferentiated; that is, all fetal genitalia are the same and are phenotypically female. So all boys pretty much start off as girls.

The crazy part about the whole gender mess is you have to give the boys estrogen before puberty if they are gonna have a real chance at looking feminine. But no parent in their right mind would ever do that.

I never took any hormones and never grew any chest hair except for a small amount around my nipples, of course I shave those, other than that smooth chest and abs, arms too, now my legs totally different story. I have to shave them all of the time

haha well yea 35 is basically almost middle-aged. Thank God i started at 19. Its funny my bf had no idea I have a dick when we first met and looking at pictures from a few years back I pretty much look the same. Guess my story is the similar to the classic eroticas

You’re clearly ignorant about trans women if you think they all have a dick for starters. Have you not heard the term post op? Second, the shape of the bit of flesh between your legs is not what determines your gender. Yes it determines your biological sex in a science book but gender no. Did you know that all babies start off in the womb with female genitalia then due to chromosomes the penis is then formed? Honestly get over this hang up about the body. Try to evolve your mind and look beyond it. No one is forcing you to date trans women but they deserve be recognised as women and respected.

No I wouldn't say that's transphobic, not while she still has a penis anyway.

it depends how you eord it really. If you say you wouldn't cause that's gay as hell or something your reavhing into transphobia but if you wouldn't cause you just aren't into us well that's perfectly fine! That's definitely preference. If a tyranny gives ya hell over your preference they weren't worth your time anyways

What if theyre like "ohhh i only do anal" then you go to have sex and she hides her bayonet between her legs out of view. Then you use your weapon of ass destruction on her log chamber only to find out shes a he? What would you do then? And how would that make you feel?

I think you are referring to a "trap", more like someone like me, I don't identify as a woman but before I met daddy, I used to try and trick guys into using their weapon of ass destruction in my log chamber. Of course with such a tiny sissy clitty there wasn't much bayonet to hide between these legs.
