You will literally not have enough material to do the surgeries if you dont go through puberty to grow said genitals beforehand.
This doesn't require citations because it's how these surgeries typically are used for adults. Something that cannot be done to children without lasting consequences such as never being able to achieve orgasms again in a shockingly high level of FtM.
what kids still have their genitals it doesn't matter if it's small from puberty blockers, when they're adults they can still get the surgery done. there's adults with natural micro penises the doctor isn't going to tell them they can't do gender reassignment surgery because it's too small lmao
are you saying puberty blockers stops ftm from achieving orgasm or once they get gender reassignment surgery? because it depends on which surgery was done, and plus once they're adults they can make their own decision if a ftm adult wants to go through genital reconstruction surgery even after knowing potential risks then that's their choice.
