  • yes, it might be considered rude/ gross/ unmannered/ hurtful and awkward for a while because a lot of our social norms and culture are structured around being deceiving and not saying what you really think. But i think everyone will eventually get used to it and it'll be a change for the better. For example, when i ask someone if my skirt goes with my shirt, i want a honest answer but i dont really expect one, if someone tells me it looks bad ill have to consider if this person really thinks that it looks bad or does he/she just hate me? If you dont like something about someone, if you say it to their face they will probably think youre rude and that u hate them when you really didnt mean it that way. Lying creates lots of misunderstandings. you might think that lying can avoid problems but in the on the long run, the problems come back even more tangled up than before.
