To want to cry on your boyfriends shoulder

Aww, from the point of view of the man, it's nice to be able to do something practical when someone is upset, even if it does mean we get a snotty shoulder.

This happened to me once after a brutal abuse by my parents. What I did was I called my friend Austin to pick me up (he knew what had happened in the tone of my voice). When I got into his car, he wrapped his arms around me and I started to cry cuz I thought my parents wouldn't stop abusing me. Later on Austin just took me to his house and just felt safe there......

Absolutely yes. Having someone there to hold you is the most comforting feeling in the world.
