I'm a natural redhead, and I don't feel that my hair color enhances my beauty; rather, I feel it's a point against me. So often, I've heard, "You'd be beatiful if you didn't have red hair" or "You're beautiful for a redhead." Most men I've met have considered my hair color a dealbreaker. Of course, there are those who have loved my hair, including my husband, but they're a rare sort. Men want the blonde/brunette, deeply-tanned Barbie-doll women, especially if they're thinking of settling down. No man wants to settle down with a redhead because of the fear of having red-haired kids. Sorry for the ugly, inconvenient truth, but there it is. :(
