Heaven and Hell are just metaphors that we use to describe our time on Earth. Heard that somewhere and it kind of stuck with me.
Honestly, we've all had our ups and downs. Even though life seems bleak now it doesn't mean that you're in Hell. This may just be my opinion but I don't think that you can experience true misery without something to compare it with, like happiness. There is always an upside to everything if you try to look for it. Believe me, I've been in some situations where I've contemplated suicide but I knew that there was a bright side to it all, I just didn't want to look for it. In a way, I wanted to be miserable. Finally, after experiencing it all I looked back and saw the positive aspects of what happened. This may sound cheesy, but as Frederick Nietzsche said "what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger."
