I'm exactly the same way. Got divorced 5 years ago and since then have being single the last three. Met a great guy about 7 months ago; but as always, I got discourage and by default bored.
As long as we are honest and open with that other person, I don't see harm or abnormality in our behavior. At least in my case, I'm always up front when it comes to such. Some guys have left before I keep on moving and others have stuck around at their own risk.
Maybe we haven't found the "right one" yet. In my case it will be the "right one, second time around". Probably when we think we have, we will be the ones being left behind...who knows.
To really not care much for relationships.
