To punch things when angry

I often punch the wall or scream loud when I'm driving or something when I get really mad. I don't think I have anger issues bt when I lose it, I tend to leave knuckle marks on the walls of my room. Is this normal?

  • idk if it's ''normal'' but lots of ppl do it... if it becomes a problem, like ur punching babies or cats or somethin, you gotta get checked out lol... but i do that too. even when i was little, when i died in a video game i found out if i hit the game it would restart... so everytime i died i would get mad n hit the gameboy to start over again...

  • I've broke one hand twice requiring surgery one if the times and my other hand once from punching things when upset, feels good man.

    Keep up the good work.

  • Not normal. You probably have too much energy, especially when you get angry. I used to be a wild kid with too much energy, so my mom made me do Tae Kwon Do. You should probably join in some sort of gym or martial art where you can blow off some steam.

No... I'm not bragging, think about wut you punch before you no longer have knuckles left.

  • Really damnn, I don't think I could do anything suicidal like that bt I do exercise, I lift weights 6 days a week n I'm all muscle mass bt nothing seems to help

  • You need to let off a little steam. Only advice I can give you is exercise, it releases endorphins which are a body's natural painkiller and it's also a good way to put your body to use.
