i like to pour liquids usually water coke, those yogurt drinks i made a funnel out of a old drinks bottle. but it spills a bit. am i normal and any tips would be great

    Okay, TWO THINGS WITH THIS.

    To put other things such as sugary drinks into the colon is under all circumstances not normal, not healthy, not suggested. Your body is not used to that kind of accidity. The water is healthier but not suggested if anything at all. Do you see this as relaxing or a fetish? If it is a comfort thing look up ABDL. It stands for adult baby diaper lover and a lot of people in that community love enemas.

    PROBLEM 2. Funneling. Overpowering with liquid into the colon or pushing things in there can RUPTURE the colon. It is more common than you think. This is not a good idea and you are harming yourself more than you may be led to beleive

    A big craze in California is wine enemas.

    You get all the holistic California hippie bullshit, plus apparently the alcohol is absorbed through the rectum.

      What a waste of hard work. Surely, they could clean out their bowels by drinking/cooking with it. I used to buy this pear and Riesling sorbet and the wine seemed to have an effect on stirring my bowels into mischief.

    The idea of getting an enema greatly disturbs me for some reason. Too many can have serious effects on your health, though, I currently don't remember what those effects are.

    Fact: On my Strange Addiction, there was a husband and wife who were addicting to giving the elves coffee enemas.
