As a fantasy or fetish it must be pretty popular...just because it's considered so taboo, and also because it's just about the most disgusting thing you can think of. Normal in this situation is thinking about it in a sexual fetish kind of way, knowing that it is "dirty" and not socially accepted, and more people probably get turned on by farting than they will admit, but actually pooping on someone or playing with feces...that kind of crosses the line in my book, from sane to insane, from normal but maybe kinda weird to totally fucked up.
