I think it's totally fine for consenting adults to do whatever they like sexually, but you really should be fair and considerate! Your brother's wife might be very upset WHEN she finds out. It could hurt their relationship very badly. There are PLENTY of swingers in this world, however! Some people like swapping / sharing partners. Completely normal.
