This is totally, completely false. You can wear a butt plug 24/7 and remove it to have sex and it will still feel great. It doesn't "stretch" your ass, so much as makes your muscles relax around it. And since you clench back down on it to hold it inside, it's actually exercising them and making them stronger and training you to control your anal muscles. So you can massage a cock with your ass muscles and pleasure it in ways not possible otherwise.
Yes, it's normal—a lot of people do this. It feels good, it's sexy, and it helps train your ass. Not everyone can do it all night from the start, though. Wear it for as long as it's comfortable, then take it out. Next time, try to wear it longer. Repeat until you can wear it all night or all day. Keep it up and before long you'll have no problem with anal sex.
This has been proved false by actual research—no link has been found between anal sex and having a rectal/anal prolapse. In fact, the risk of anal prolapse appears to be entirely genetic in nature and in the (relatively very, very, very few) people who have experienced an actual anal prolapse (which is very different from what is shown in porn, something that is deliberately done and is completely voluntary) it's something that would've happened regardless of having anal sex. And for most, it was triggered by something else entirely.
I'm sorry, but this is false. Incontinence is caused primarily by nerve damage or in rare cases by muscle tone loss. Frequent, long term repetition of improperly performed painful, damaging anal penetration can potentially lead to these conditions, but even that rarely happens. And if you take precautions to warm up the muscles beforehand and relax them so nothing hurts, injury does not occur, the muscles actually get strengthened (imagine that, using a muscle makes it stronger! who would've guessed?!) and incontinence will not result.
Stop spreading misconceptions about anal sex, especially when it's likely you have no experience with these purported issues and are just repeating common myths people use as justification for why they don't try anal.
