You'll be with one, the rest will fall out with you, etc, etc. Stay friends with them. Seek out a relationship "you" want, not one you feel forced in to. If you want them to stay friends, then keep them as friends. You're not obligated to go in to arelationship with any of them just because they want more. If friendship works for you, then keep it as a friendship.
