FWBs don't normally turn into true meaningful relationships for the men involved so why spoil perfectly good friendships? If they are sluts you may want some new friends, or your reputation may go down with theirs - just a thought.
They aren't slutty. But for their sake and mine I think it would be better to strike up something exclusive with someone else entirely. So yeah, I would agree with you.

If you don't feel comfortable, then dont. As your friends they will respect that - and probably grow more because of your decision.
