Maybe it's not so much what she thinks of you rather than what you think of yourself. Do you have any self-confidence? Do you believe that you're worth something? But most importantly, do you believe in yourself? You need to love who you are and what you do before you let what others think bug you.
And your sister sounds like a piece of work, but she is your sister. Try telling her how you feel and if that doesn't work then cut all of her hair of or something. Surly that will solve all of your problems.
