  • I have read how you feel and i suggest you get help.
    firstly write down,what first triggered your depresstion,it could be a number of things,one of the main causes is low self esteem,fear of rejection.
    Lisen,i think your friends are missing you right now,stop putting yourself down,look in the mirror and say out loud,i deserve to be happy,say out loud all postive things about yourself,like i have a nice smile,i am funny,when you feel negative about yourself shoot out loud STOP.
    You might feel suprised,but i am sure one of your friends,has felt just like you,if you are still feeling depressed,pls pop to doctors,join a group,good luck
