  • Many is the day that I don't leave my bed due to depression. I haven't figured out how to cope adequately yet, but I spend a lot of time sleeping, my dreams are much better than reality (even if most of them are nightmares). I have distanced myself from my friends because I don't want them to think they have to try to help. Just try to arrange to go out a few times a week with your friends and either chill or have a few drinks. Try talking to someone you can really trust. And if there is no one you trust, you're in the same boat as me.
