  • This happens to almost everyone.

    There could be a visible cause or an unknown inhibited one. It could be something that happened to you or there could be no reason at all. You're depressed.

    Ill. It takes activity, sunlight, serotonin, a healthy diet, puppies, hugs, and strong emotional connections. You don't need to be in an unhealthy relationship, concerned with the baggage of someone else, unless the two of you are helping each other go through these trials and tribulations equally.

    Depression can be such a dangerous thing and can cost you your life. Nothing is worth taking yourself out of the race. There is a purpose for everyone, a destiny, and suicide and self-inflicted pain (including drug abuse and alcohol) are not acceptable fates. We are evolved. We should be smarter than that.

    You can help yourself if you try hard enough, my grandfather, my father, and myself and most of my friends have had to do this on our own because we can't afford any therapy. Trust me, it is possible. Embrace the light, the love and the life.
