  • Fruit juice without fiber isn't healthy, it can spike your blood sugars and is very calorie intensive. Just eat fruit, the fiber is important.

    • I actually don't sieve the juice, is just straight up squeezed orange and drink it, with lumpus and everything.

      • Right on, but with the quanity you are taling about, it can be unhealthy. A lot of people put kale or other greens with low sugar and a ton of fiber to balance what you are intaking to be healthy.
