Fruit juice without fiber isn't healthy, it can spike your blood sugars and is very calorie intensive. Just eat fruit, the fiber is important.
I actually don't sieve the juice, is just straight up squeezed orange and drink it, with lumpus and everything.
Right on, but with the quanity you are taling about, it can be unhealthy. A lot of people put kale or other greens with low sugar and a ton of fiber to balance what you are intaking to be healthy.
To drink (not alcohol) this much?
