The sugar content of fruit juice is pretty much the same as that of Coke and other manufactured soft drinks, so drinking a lot of either can lead to weight gain and other health issues.
Anyone who constantly drinks orange juice should also consider that the acidity can result in dental enamel erosion over the long run.
The only thing fruit juice has over other soft drinks is that they do contain some vitamins and minerals.
