  • I'm really surprised you put into words how I feel myself. I didn't realise there were similar people. Maybe you were hurt before, and you give off signals that you're guarded, and uptight. That may be less approachable. And if you yourself struggle to accept genuine love, you may feel others don't like you. But it's hard to be likeable when you don't display anything relatable, vulnerable, or human- but that's hard to do when you're not used to being accepted.
Right now, you could try not to care. Go out in ugly clothes, stare at anything interesting, don't care. Practice embarrassing yourself. That's all I can think of.
I know how it is to feel 'cursed'. All I can say is that it isn't permanent. I hope that you aren't feeling too burdened by it. Please don't blame yourself. You deserve better.

    • There are sometimes where I let myself be free. I get weird looks from others as they try to avoid me. Or I would say something and people would give me stern looks. However, me being so worried about what others thought about me started with my fiances step mother. It didn't matter what I said or did, she would give me a look or judge me for it.

The only ones who understand me are my friends and family. Others just don't understand how uptight or quirky I am.

      • She sounds really mean. Like some controlling bully. Were you confident before you met her?

          • I know that you can be free again, if you were before. Joining a club could be a good idea, to make friends and build confidence. Especially dance clubs!
If it's really bad, CBD oil could help, as it has done for me. Don't let this old bully get to you x
