To be told you look asian?

so ive been told by both Asian and white individuals that I appear Asian. Thing is, i am very mixed but as far as i know i have no Asian genetics (but i do have African and eastern European). I have a double eye lid and brown (not black) hair. on top of that I have the fine features of the eastern European face shape. is it just my skin colour? Is this normal?
