Not necessarily, I know of couples that were not heterosexual before marriage but have been very satisfied with their life being with one that they appreciate and love. There is no cut off, saying that because you are of this category, you cannot make love and produce children. As long as you love someone, this is really all that is necessary. (I mean true love)
