it could be worse. have a direct talk with the company owner or president. it may not get anywhere but doing that is not racist and not illegal and not immoral. why , because if a directive comes from the top its actionable if it applies to every employee . talking direct to the employee will only invite your dismissal, you dont need that.
Tell him about it..I worked in an office with a woman who, while very nice and often baked for us, was into these smelly, spicey Southern foods that would waft around the office until either someone got out the air disinfectant or cracked open a window. It actually took the regional manager visiting and mentioning it to get her to realize what it was doing to us, and stop.
