To always have thoughts....

There will be nights that I am just lying in bed thinking about my day, and sometimes I think about other things as well... However, I feel like I always cry myself to sleep. I also have really strong urges to self injure all the time. I also find myself thinking about suicide almost every night, and over time I have come up with mulitle plans with multiple endings. Is any of this normal??

    A lot of people have this, but it doesn't have to stay like it. Consider talking to somebody, maybe somebody you trust, or a therapist.

    And don't get mad if you don't find the right therapist on the first few tries, I had the same problem

    I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who posted somehung on here. It means alot to me. I will say thatthungs haven't changed much, but I am working on convincing my mother to allow me to go back to therapy, so let's hope she agrees. Anyhow, I really do want to say thanks to all of you, and I hope everyone who mentioned feeling similar to the way I feel is feeling better about life. (:

    Take stock of why you feel this way, you need to pinpoint the reasons you feel as u do, more so, why you've considered harming yourself... I think getting help is the best thing to do, even tho it may seem hard to do. You need a reality check...YOU are a wonderful person even if you don't feel you are..YOU'RE here for a reason and someone else was born for you, so don't take you're life so another has to suffer too....YOU are important to others and DONT forget that! Look at this..you have complete strangers telling you not to hurt yourself...we don't even know you and we care about you!!!! Think about it and at least reply so we know you're alright.

  • I have the same problem. I don't trust people enough to tell them the things I need to get off my chest so once everything is so bottled up I can't stop crying, I cut my wrist.

    go to a counselor. i was hinkig about suicide and i told her and this is what hapens:
    they think about doing it
    they think about how they will do it
    theyy do it

    ur rite b4 u actually do it. DONT
    i hope i saved a life :)

    Suicides is a feeling I delt with most of
    My teenage life, but it goes away. just find what makes you happy and make it a part of your life.

    um...I'm like this it's really horrible to feel like you're completely unimportant, awful, bad you know w/e I had to start talking to someone especially someone you're fairly close with, so they can tell you they need you want you to live w/e it's nice to hear someone else wants you alive. Getting a pet helps because animals need you to take care of them it gives you perpouse? (excuse my sickening grammar and spelling it's quite awful yes?) anyway talk to someone it's not normal to feel that bad :(

    I think you should consider talking to some one. You sound like you may have some level of depression. To cry yourself to sleep every now and then cause your upset is one thing but most every night isn't a good thing.
