Tingly.

I take pleasure in crying. When i cry i get this tingly feeling everywhere, like when you get the chills or when something is creeping you out. I love having the chills and i like to cry. wtf?

Is It Normal?

  • when you cry it's supposed to release a hormone that makes you feel better and also decreases hormones that cause stress. It can even cause arousal and there is a direct link between the brain and your tear ducts that causes you to feel better when you cry. It can be hard for some people with mental illness to feel the same pleasure when crying, which is why I find it not helpful to cry at all, in fact it's hard to stop for me because I never feel better from it. I have Bipolar however, and this may be why. I'm a nerd, I just read up on this. Ta-da!

  • I like crying too. I don't get tingly, but it's like all of my emotions and stress leaving my body. :)

  • "Ta-da!" lol
    that was cute
Anyway, is this a persistent pulsing tingling or is it a really quick shoot through your body?

  • I love it too! That tingly feeling is like my body freeing itself from all the negative emotions inside. I love it! I feel rejuvenated afterwards. mmm. (:
