    To each his own. You're not harming anyone else, you're doing this in private (I assume), and you're free to do whatever the hell you want with your own body, so have fun.

    Personally, I'd be very concerned about things like cramps, sudden-onset medical issues, house fires, someone unexpectedly coming in to the room and so on.

      Yeah it is a little risky. One time I had to shit suddenly and that wasn't fun. Bit otherwise I don't see what could happen. I'm alone in my apartment and if there was a fire it would melt the locks open really quickly so I'd be fine.

        The vast majority of people killed in fires die of smoke inhalation long before they're burned.

        I suppose the various risks are part of the thrill, but there's doing risky stuff, and then there's being just plain fucking stupid.

        At least you're not messing around with restraints combined with auto-asphyxiation, I guess...

          Yes the risks are part of the thrill. Also I don't see how a fire would start if I was occupied. I am not denying there is any risk, but other things have risk and it still is pretty safe.
