Hmm I do the same, but no to 'get extra urine out', just because it sends a nice sensation up my spine. Apparently when you piss your brain releases endorphins (chemicals that make a person feel good, similar to when in orgasm) and this feels great. I find if i rub my back (not all the time, just sometimes) when Im having a really long piss it feels quite pleasant. I don't know. Im gonna go for normal.
