    I would like to hear about the plastic bag you used.
    Was it like a shopping bag, trash bag, OR...

    Did you go all fancy and use a double-seal lock-zip bag made by Glad?

    If it was a double-seal zip-lock from Glad, just think - it sealed in the freshness.
