Are you assuming she couldn't smell it, or tell that you were pooping? This is 1000x times worse than simply excusing yourself to go to the toilet, or if there was no toilet, go outside.
Idk why you couldn't leave the room, or you think you couldn't leave, but having to poop is like the number one reason for leaving.
