Thoughts as a jamaican

When i was 16 i wanted to do an course in florida for a week. I am a Jamaican who wanted to learn more about photography. Some girl asked me where am from. Which i repiled Jamaica and she asked me if i took a boat which i thought was rude of her and irrogant. Of course i flew from jamaica to america. I feel like just because some people dont know better about different countries. Is it normal for me to feel this strongly about it

I am austrian. When I went to America, some people hitler-saluted me. I wanted to hurt them. I strongly dislike how America is so ignorant and fat. Ughhhhh

  • I've been to Jamaica. Beautiful country, but a little scary.

She's just rude. Yes, you're normal for taking offense.

It's funny, how you flew from Jamaica to America.
    Cause, Jamaica IS IN America.

Don't mind her, we "foreigners" get a lot of bullshit when we are in the U.S.

I even get bullshit here, in this site. I don't care, some gringos are full of it.

Big up, respect, bless to the Jamaican family.

Try not to let their ignorance bother you so much. They might be intentionally trying to "push your buttons" anyway just to see if you will tick.
