    Ideally, it is usually best to have the boss start cutting his hours. He will be forced to start looking for a new job for more money. Meanwhile, start recruiting out of work friends for the upcoming job vacancy. Find a candidate that will get along with the boss and do a good job.

      But the boss likes him Cz he pays him less and he works for anything this crazy brown guy we hate!!! We need someone who will be our friend and chill with us and someone one who talk english

        You're basically fucked. Islamic immigrants are taking over England and all of Europe. They live by sharia law. If you set them up, their law says they can murder you without remorse. English civility as well as the Magna Carta are dead.

            Hmmmmm. For every crime, there are 100 ways you can get caught. If you can think of 20 of them, you are a genius. The dumb cop only has to think of one of the remaining 80. Best of luck.
