Well I guess that's why people transition. It's entirely up to you to decide whether you can accept living in a female body while feeling like a man, or if you would really be happier if you transitioned. I personally actually have no idea what a female to male transition looks like when it comes to genitalia but I can't imagine it's very pretty. And one thing you should keep in mind is that if you do decide to transition maybe you will feel better because your appearance matches how you feel inside, but it will bring another world of drama with it. There will be someone out there for you I'm sure, but most people will look very very differently at you as it is still not generally accepted as normal and even people who do accept it still feel a certain type of way about it. It's a difficult situation to be in and I wish you all the best. I hope you find peace with who you are no matter what you decide to do.
