First off, you aren't the only one cheated on, treated like shit and discarded like used toilet paper, so put it in perspective. If you let it harden you and isolate you from others, no one (certainly not your ex) will be hurt but you.
You need to get out there and jump right back into the fray; find a decent guy (yes there are a few of us out there) and be happy and successful. Show the asshole what he missed out on, as he has a series of meaningless relationships and slips into middle age, a loser.
ofc im not, but im so grudgeful because that person was my first and actually I'm surely a little at fault myself for not getting involved with anyone, since I think Im better than average but not the best, if u can see my point,and I dont believe in platonic friendships between an adult man and an adult woman anymore,
thx for ur positive attitude on my problem :) (hes had endless series of meaningless relationships and I hope he will enjoy doing that in the future, too but without me)
