This girl i met online

So there is this girl I got attached to that I met online,she has been chatting with me for half a year to a year. We both are similar in a lot of ways. We have talked on video chat,talked to her on the phone and met her in person. I know she is real,the thing is she told me devastating news in the middle of the night,that she has mouth sores from a drink or bong she smoked. I missed the signals since she refused to kiss me. She declined kissing me,did not know why. But now she told she has mouth sores,saying she is wasting my time and my emotions blaming herself. Is this a relationship worth pursuing. She said she is hurt because of her condition and is pushing everyone away. Let me know if there are huge red flags here.
