Note that all those that are saying 'you're too young for this and it doesn't really count for anything so you should focus on more important things' are totally missing the point.
You learn from stuff like this and your first relationship tend to be one of your biggest life lessons. Those could determine which gender you're attracted to, whether you grow up to be an ass or genuine.
That being said, you'll wanna let him know you notice him.
If he catches you looking at him, don't shy away. Smile back, even have a stare down if u will. An occasional hie when you walk past him wouldn't hurt either.
Thing is I get that you're too shy to actually approach him but in reality, you don't really need to. See girls have it easy. All you need to do, is give him the confidence to come to you.
Because as it is, I can guarantee you without even knowing him, he's just afraid of rejection.
Sure he looks better but his insecurity wont just disappear over the holidays.
If you give him subtle hint he's got a chance, he'll do the rest, and you'll just play along.
You'll wanna get him while he's still innocent and keep him that way btw. He's a much safer bet that way. Most of the times, its the slick, full hardy, thoroughly experienced ones that do you the most damage.
