  • idk it's very different from the way I think. I sometimes get "sucked in" by my thoughts or imagination, but it's a lot more reflective and emotional (like remembering things), not racing and abstract.
    it sounds like your thoughts are racing ahead of themselves and you're having trouble keeping up with them. Krazykat might be right about ADHD. I'm not too familiar with it, but found a test you can do online (http://psychcentral.com/addquiz.htm) I hope this will help you find out more. Also make sure you get enough sleep as that should help with thought processing. If this keeps bothering you too much, seeing a specialist would be a good idea.
