1. Get help if you're actually suicidal, please.
2. Take a break from the news, social media, etc.
3. Surround yourself with good people.
4. Find a way to do some good. Volunteer at a charity, or even just educate yourself so you can educate others later.
5. Try to turn your sadness into anger. Anger, unlike sadness, is an action fueling emotion. If you're angry about injustice, you're more likely to take a stand and change things, and you don't project the suffering of the world inwards.

I really feel you. I suggest doing these things:
