Yeah I feel the same way too. I'm somewhat a Darwinist and agree. I mean, in nature, if a cub or pup is born differently it's killed or left uncared for because it won't succeed in life. It's weak.
Yeah, I know. We should just get rid of the practice of medicine altogether. No more foolish human fiddling with the prolonging of lives, saving of lives, cures and treatments. Hey, that's the overpopulation issue solved.
