I canβt live without being able to pick boogers out of my nose once in a while.
I made this post but personally it's tough, I really just wanted to get opinions from what I think are top notch things I think I couldn't live without.... BESIDES the clear obvious. I see some people are very technical but for fun sakes, the things we have for entertainment but really dont need is what I'm truly trying to ask.
Mmm this is great, tough. I think I could live in a cabin in the woods if I had music.
Oxygen... Pretty sure I'd die in about a minute without it.
Jokes aside, probably cars and good booze. Don't get me wrong, never drink and drive, I don't and neither should you.
But if I don't drive for a few days, I start to feel kinda odd. I'm on vacation back home and I try to limit going about and meeting people as best I can. Last thing I want is getting my parents sick.
But I do go for drives. It's like how a bird needs to fly. Well, I gotta hear the sound of the engine and feel the road as the car drives. I gotta see the needles in the gauges chase each other... It's a feeling unlike any other.
I could carry on, but nobody wants me to rant about cars, so I'll rant about drinking!
And in the evening I love a good drink. If someone tried the great prohibition in Europe, I'd be one of the first people to reach for a gun.
Nothing is better than a fine aged whiskey that warms your throat and soothes the soul, or an ice-cold beer that refreshes you and gives you a tingly feeling on your tongue, tempting you to continue drinking. And once you've had a few you are at ease. Everything is good, no worries are on your mind, your regrets and bad feelings vanish and you are enjoying yourself fully.
Music feels more emotional, movies are cooler, romance gets turbocharged... Try listening to Queen, or Pink Floyd half drunk. It's like an orgasm for the soul.
Trees and plants. They give me air and more importantly, they help keep me calm when my anxiety gets bad. So does my dog for that matter. So I would add pets to that list.
I think I could manage without any of those things, though some would be hard. I like having access to the Internet to ask any question that pops up off of the top of my head, or to just window shop, and I like using music as background noise and also enjoy it in general. I would like my phone in order to contact my family and friends, and social media to a lesser extent (though to be honest, I don't even log in on Facebook or Instagram much anymore, and don't have any of the others like Twitter). Cable can be nice, but I don't think I couldn't live without it or would feel super lost. It's nice to have, but not a necessity for me.
I rarely drink and could easily go the rest of my life without drinking, though I do enjoy one every once in awhile. I do not care at all about cigarettes or sex.
