You will be strong enough to survive that if it happens.
You will of course experience loss and grief; but, will be able to move on with life.
The entire human history record says that is what has happened billions of times.
While I hope that you never experience that, please know that you will come out of it OK, and stop worrying so much.
What might be more productive is to think about what you would do if one of your child dies. Donate organs to save others lives - if possible, organize a fundraiser to assist other people with whatever was the cause of death, etc.
I do not have children (that I know of as there is 1 possibility that I'm not sure of out there). But, I do think of what if my wife has an accident or dies from other reasons.
We have in place contingencies for organ donation, donating the body to medical education/research (the paperwork is already filed), and I know how and where my wife wishes to be buried, even down to the kind of pattern on the gravestone. She knows the same about me.
