Think about the troubles/anxieties of your own life solving the problem

Even if it's with isms which even if you fear them, think about on top of your bed one day how remarkably stupid it is that you're regularly doing to screw up your life and other stupid things of yours too. Also think up ways to not be an arsehole, and think of your troubles and anxieties and think them through. Negative thinking is positive, a thought of my own: think of all the failures in your life when you could've thought of a simple and remarkably difficult solution to the problem. That's all the thoughts I can give you.
