  • Loud music, long drives, I don't smoke anymore but weed was pretty effective. That's if I want to deal with or think about whatever's got me down.

    If I just want to get it off my mind or forget about it. I fill my time with distractions, so people, activities, a night out. Having something to occupy the time I would spend obsessing and getting upset, helps wonders.
